TAJIRI - You Might Have Missed #2

How are all of you guys doing? Ready for more Yoshihiro Tajiri? Yeah, me too! Let's take a look at some good stuff!

Dan Severn vs. Yoshihiro Tajiri (NWA 06/24/1995) - Quick but cool UWFi style match in the middle of a baseball or football field while Tarzan Goto (Dan's next challenger) looks on. Definitely recommend checking this out if you've got a few minutes free.

Tajiri & Shinjiro Otani vs Jushin Liger & El Samurai (BJW 06/07/97) - These are 4 guys to do a hate filled Junior battle. Liger and Tajiri kicked off the animosity & it never let up. Damn, Otani brought the stiffness. Samurai and Liger responded in kind. Of course there were great high spots and power moves too. Although, Tajiri was a Big Japan talent you never would have known as his skill has always been top notch.

Tajiri vs Jerry Lynn (ECW - Famcam - 04/22/99) - These two are wrestling like they're in Philly! Tajiri pops JL in the nose with a kick. It's bleeding bad by the midway point of the match. We get crowd fighting, big dives & good psych & pacing. It keeps getting better. This definitely one to check out! Two of the most consistent guys in ECW. This is a very good to great match.

Tajiri & Nova vs Dudley Boys (ECW - Famcam - 03/25/99) - Bubba is mocking Tajiri and our Japanese friend, gives it back to him. Hot start then the multi time tag champs take control. Bubba is still taunting Tajiri. Good, simple stuff keeps the match going. Nova makes the hot tag & then it gets really good! I definitely was itching to see the "brothers" get what they deserved. This was a fun one!

Tajiri vs. Crash Holly (WWF 11/24/01) - Competitive match with zero goofiness. I don't think I knew that Crash could go like this. Haven't seen a match of his since around this time but this was a good one.

Tajiri vs. Spike Dudley (WWF 12/01/01) - Nice! They packed in a fun technical match in about four minutes. I forget that Spike wasn't just a crash test dummy sometimes. This was damn good reminder that the dude could wrestle. He & Tajiri were in lock step the whole time.

Great Muta, Great Kabuki & TAJIRI VS KAI, Yasuhi Nakanoue & Yusuke Kodama (WRESTLE-1 05/05/15) - Oh yes, this was a load of fun. Tajiri & Muta did most of the wrestling for their team of course. Kabuki was definitely involved though. Don't think they didn't touch him. No he got beat on and in fact that's what the story of the match was. KAI and his team focused on beating the aged Kabuki and the fans did not like it. This was a blast and a dream team to have all 3 mist spraying wrestlers on one team 🙂

Great Muta, Great Kabuki & TAJIRI VS Yoshiaki Fujiwara, Hiroshi Yamato & Shotaro Ashino (WRESTLE-1 07/12/15) - Grandpa on grandpa violence to start. Yes! This is another fun match with the poison mist trio! A lot of the charm of this one is from Fujiwara actually. Tajiri is great at showing he's afraid of the old grappler.

Thanks for reading folks! 👍
